Do you have what it takes to be a Performer for A Day at Arabian Nights? This exclusive and interactive program provides a unique chance to be a part of the Arabian Nights training and production for a day, with one-on-one instruction and interaction with the horses and performers of Arabian Nights.
Track 1: Bareback Acrobatics
Learn what it takes to be a Bareback Acrobat in the Arabian Nights Show!
4½-hour session includes:
- Lunch
- Introduction to basic horse care and grooming with hands-on experience
- 30-minute training session to learn basic acrobatic techniques on one of our horses
- Costume & makeup preparation
- Participation in the Arabian Nights VIP Experience as a performer
- Participation in Arabian Nights Gypsy Act Parade
- Special Ring-side seating
- Admission to Arabian Nights Dinner Show
Track 2: Specialty Riding
Learn riding maneuvers and horse tricks featured in the Arabian Nights Show with the guidance of a professional rider!
4½-hour session includes:
- Lunch
- Introduction to basic horse care and grooming with hands-on experience
- 35-45-minute training session to learn basic riding techniques and trick cues*
- Costume & makeup preparation
- Participation in the Arabian Nights VIP Experience as a performer
- Participation in Arabian Nights Encampment Act
- Special Ring-side seating
- Admission to Arabian Nights Dinner Show
*Training session may vary based on previous experience and comfort of participant.
Track 3: Acrobatics and Riding
Learn the skills to be both a rider and Bareback Acrobat at Arabian Nights in a special session with two horses and two senior performers!
5½-hour session includes:
- Lunch
- Introduction to basic horse care and grooming with hands-on experience
- 30-minute training session to learn basic riding techniques and trick cues*
- 30-minute training session to learn basic acrobatic techniques on one of our horses
- Costume & makeup preparation
- Participation in the Arabian Nights VIP Experience as a performer
- Participation in Arabian Nights Encampment Act or Gypsy Act Parade
- Special Ring-side seating
- Admission to Arabian Nights Dinner Show
Requirements:
- Participants must be at least age 8 years old
- Height and weight not to exceed 170lbs or 5’ 10”
- Fitness assessment required for safety
- Wear loose-fitting pants or shorts (no jeans), or riding pants
- Both soft-soled and hard-soled shoes
- Helmet provided
