Orlando-based attraction aims to boost overall guest experience with new menu and enhanced show
(ORLANDO, FL) — Arabian Nights, an Orlando-based attraction featuring horseback performances in the world’s most honored dinner show, is launching a company-wide initiative to improve its guest experience, including changes to the show and its dinner menu, to be followed by a new website and an increased presence on social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter.
These changes and improvements are coming at the hands of Guest Experience Manager Arden Tilghman and Facilities Director Stephen Zink, both of whom will be adding to the amazing excitement that guests enjoy in one of Orlando’s most memorable attractions.
“The new show improvements are the result of our commitment to excellence both on and off the stage,” said Executive Vice President Audrey Padgett. “We invite everyone who knows the show to come and see the enhancements and let us win their heart all over again.”
Many of the show’s acts are being revamped with new choreography, and thanks to 5 Alarm Productions, the music accompanying these acts is being updated and tailored specifically for the Arabian Nights show.
The dinner menu is also getting some special attention in 2010. The seasonal vegetables are being upgraded and a new mashed potato recipe is being used.
This attention to detail by the Arabian Nights staff will increase guest satisfaction and improve the overall experience at the attraction. Arabian Nights is also making its website and online purchasing system more user-friendly to motivate increased sales.
As of December 2009, the new ticket purchasing interface for Arabian Nights was installed and can be seen at www.Tickets.Arabian-Nights.com. This new system is making it easier for guests to book tickets to the show from their computer.
The Arabian Nights website, www.Arabian-Nights.com, is also being overhauled with a focus on user-friendly navigation. The new site is slated to launch in February of this year, featuring a whole new look designed by the creative minds at Dream Factory Productions, an Orlando advertising and marketing company.
“Arabian Nights’ web presence is getting ready for an even more exciting phase as we are linking their new blog to their website,” said Andres Goyanes, Chief Marketing Officer at Dream Factory Productions. “Guests will have the opportunity to follow them on Twitter and connect on Facebook to extend their offline changes into the online world.”
Arabian Nights performs nightly shows to a crowd of 1,200 guests who are delighted by the daring and carefully-choreographed performances of the horses and riders who work together in one of the most beautiful fairy tale-style attractions in the Orlando area.
